Most discounts are credited within 48 hours. However, it is possible for this process to take up to 30 days.
Some merchants are able to report your purchase as soon as the product ships. Some merchants, however,
cannot confirm your purchase until the return period for the product you have purchased has elapsed.
Once you complete your purchase, The Cash Back Network actively requests an order confirmation from the merchant so
we can credit your account as soon as possible. Once the merchant finalizes the purchase details, we will immediately
send you notification via email and update your account summary. When using coupons and specials at any of our merchants,
we can only guarantee your discounts with the use of coupons that are listed on The Cash Back Network site or in the Savings Key
software.

Each month, we will cut you a Rebate Check for purchases posted during the previous month based on the schedule shown below.
But if your discounts total $5.00 or less, we'll carry over your money to the next check.

Stores or Products by using our search box. You can browse the Category you are looking for, or view All Store Rebates.
Click on the store and you'll be getting Cash Back automatically.

Your check will be mailed directly to you at your Member Profile address!
If no address is present in your account profile, we will be unable to send you a check and your
discounts will be rolled over into the next month's balance. Please be sure to update your
profile to include your current mailing address.

Yes, if you start at The Cash Back Network or if you download and use our Savings Key. If you do not click through
The Cash Back Network or download and use our Savings Key prior to entering the merchant site, you will not be credited
with a discount. (There are also some products that do not qualify for discounts -- see below.) If you click through
The Cash Back Network and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that store and make a second purchase,
your second purchase will not earn a discount unless you have downloaded Savings Key. (You must click through The Cash Back Network every time you shop at a merchant
site or download and use our Savings Key.) If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the
merchant must have been originated at The Cash Back Network Web site.

We work with our merchants to provide you with specials and coupons that you can combine with The Cash Back Network
discounts for maximum savings. We try very hard to provide you with an extensive list of merchant specials and coupons.
Please refer to the specials page or the store search for these offers. If you choose to use coupons and specials that
are not listed on The Cash Back Network site, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible to receive a
Cash Back Network discount on your purchases. It is advisable to check with each merchant to see if they allow such combination
for specials and coupons not listed on The Cash Back Network site.
Furthermore, please be advised that coupons and special offers listed on The Cash Back Network site are subject to change.
Restrictions may apply. The Cash Back Network tries to present the most accurate offers but cannot make guarantees due
to the time-sensitive nature of these promotions.

Most items you purchase through the Cash Back Network qualifies for a discount. We cannot,
however, give discounts for taxes, shipping, or any portion of a purchase that is paid for with
coupons, gift certificates or a store credit. Any purchase of products and services in which the
transaction is substantially completed by telephone does not qualify for a discount. In addition
certain items are excluded.

No. The Cash Back Network can't give discounts for the portion of a purchase that is made with gift cards or certificates.
Nor can we give discounts for the purchase of gift certificates or gift cards, with the exception of those purchased at Spa Wish.

Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you purchased. If you return or
cancel an item, we have to reverse any discount from that sale.
Returns (also deemed as exchanges) make a discount ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old
order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, The Cash Back Network commission gets reversed and a new commission is
not established because the merchant has created the new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through
The Cash Back Network - but placed through the merchant directly). Because of this, the merchant will not pay us the commission,
which means we have no discount to pass on to you.
To avoid losing the discount - In future transactions, please make sure all returns are final and
that it is not an exchange. Have the merchant refund your credit card, and then re-place the order
through us to receive the discount.

runs autonomously on your computer. It simply notices when you land on selected sites and sends a message notifying you of
participating merchants. The Cash Back Network's Savings Key ensures that your purchases from all participating merchants earn
you rebates, whether you shop through The Cash Back Network website or not.

You can uninstall The Cash Back Network's Savings Key by following these steps in order:
- Close all your browsers.
- Open Control Panel, and click Add/Remove Programs.
- Click the "Change/Remove" button next to The Cash Back Network's Savings Key. When it asks "Are you sure you wish to uninstall?" click "Yes".
- The uninstaller will completely remove The Cash Back Network's Savings Key from your machine.
